100% Renewables?

This is the rallying phrase, initiated by the fossil fuel coalitions 20 years ago. Anyone who understands a bit of energy, and electricity systems knows that it is a deliberately impossible concept. Our electricity system is designed to serve the electricity loads, on demand, reliably, and at reasonable costs.

Electricity users are not intermittant, variable, and weather permitting loads. Therefore, these concepts, as presented, are fundamentally impossible.

My vision is to rephase the mantra to a percentage of electricity used, rather than these bogus concepts.
If we reframe it as a commitment to USE 100% of the renewable electricity available, which is fundamentally possible, if the over generated electricity is stored as heat AT the heat user, as an always Instantly ready heat supply we’ll find “renewable energy’ displacing combustion, emissions, accompanying pollution, and other combustion byproducts.

We’ve proven that 100% combustion free heat clears skies rapidly.
So the new vision, and mission is to USE 100% of renewable, and alternative energy production. It’s a whole new, more habitable and infinitely sustainable consequence.
My, genuine live, active teachers, mentors, and stakeholders know that I’m not kidding, and it can be done.

Morgan Stanley economist wins Lawrence R. Klein Award for forecasting accuracy | ASU News

This is important because Dr.Lawrence R. Klein, Dr. Roberto Mariano, and their econometric underlings at the University of Pennsylvania /Wharton reviewed the basis for the Altresco Model approach to organizing sustainable private power generation ventures, and acknowledged their validity.

Large scale long-term ventures require a “community” of stakeholders and impacted parties to collaborate become part of “enterprise”, with a 20-year forward basis for contracts, agreements, and understandings.

The “Altresco model”, was created without any such insight, but ended up demonstrating the natural behavior of beings, and as I’ve retrospectively learned, followed the outlines of natural commerce written by Adam Smith.

For me, I was organizing the enterprise in that way, simply because it was the only way it would work. (to be edited and expanded.)

The net-zero transition: Its cost and benefits | Sustainability | McKinsey & Company

I read this as a summary of a $9.2 Trillion opportunity for all things decarbonization.

This includes “natural gases” of all sources because what we don’t turn into electricity is 29 times worse than CO2.

One focus area of particular focus is the “biogas” coming from landfills all over the world. And landfill gas has many more air, water, and locality toxins than pipeline, or the relatively clean natural gas coming from petroleum-producing areas.

In all cases we must open our perspective to the new, and transformative thinking that will lead us to a more positive future than we now have enough unbiased information to imagine.

What I mean when I use the word “enlightenment”.

Beginning consciousness for billionaires. The best path to extraordinary wealth starts with a commitment to earning from businesses that serve the good of us all.

I found this article while researching for a better “understanding” of the seemingly “magical” business mentality that I’ve experienced during each of the three “From Impossible to game-changing” private heat and power businesses in Massachusetts, the Philippines, and India.

Every team member, stakeholder, participant, and beneficiary of these energy developments “experienced” the attitudes and behaviors that were first “recognized” and written during the Scottish Enlightenment.
