Publications – Evaluating the Costs and Benefits of Renewable Portfolio Standards | Heartland Institute

I post this with a bit of amusement. At least the “Heartland Institute” doesn’t claim to be climate advocacy, like most of “Climate Change” institutes.

This is a very well written source of publication you can read to be clear on the “story” being published to guarantee minimum renewable energy impact of petroleum consumption.  The importance of reading this carefully is set out clearly in Sun Tzu’s “Art of War”

You must know your adversary as well or better than they do.

If we are going to start working toward a low carbon future, we must figure out a way to soften the pain, and maybe even reroute FFIs strategies.

But we have to understand them first.
